How It Was Built

I built IGNIO solo. And most of the code was written by autonomous coding agents.

Three agents running in a loop: the Implementer picks tickets from a GitHub project board and writes code. The Fixer watches for CI failures and patches them. The Merger lands everything that passes.

182 PRs merged in 10 days. Most shipped while I was sleeping.
